Hooked was better l, but this one was still fun! I REALLY wanted her to become a mifia queen. Ending was not really that safasifying and Cody’s last min FBI revel was poorly done….the betrayer was mild and he was only a passing chacter she was only kinda close with. It’s a very Emily mcintire twist to give us the true Villen in the beginning of the book and let then be placed on the sidelines tell she needs then again. There was only 1 real hint to Cody bring FBI and I wish that foreshadowing was better. Nick is fun but I wish he had a looser moral coade, like let the dark romance chacters BE dark.
