Well that sure was a book.

I’m genuinely not really sure what to think?  I went in knowing it was satirical, but maybe I’m just not a fan of satire, because things felt a bit unnecessarily convoluted and a bit mean. Which, I’m sure the meanness is the point of it being satirical, so that might be just me.

It was funny at some points, yes, and the pace was fast enough that it kept my interest and allowed me to speed through it, in like, three hours, which was cool.

It definitely wasn’t tense though, and near the end I just found myself somewhat bored. Overall it was alright, but I didn’t really enjoy it a huge amount, even as a book to hate-read.
