 I picked this book up after seeing author Kim Holden recommend it on her social media accounts. I loved the way it started out and the mystery surrounding Forest at the beginning. I also loved Charlotte's character and the dynamic with her rich family. The whole wedding situation was fun and entertaining. It's once I got past the wedding that things slowed down a bit for me. This was a long book at over 470 pages, and it felt long. I am not sure what could have been done to speed up that second half because the major things that happened were interesting. Overall, it was a good read that I would recommend.
