The bar has certainly been raised! Why do so many authors write such tame "love" scenes when they could be writing like this? I picked up this book at random and I'm so glad I did. Wonderful, real characters full of real life drama; no extra drama for drama's sake. I'm excited to have another of Dickey's books already checked-out. I wonder what it is about!
