I surprised myself when I instantly clicked the "Request free review copy of this book" via VoraciousReadersOnly link upon reading the premise of Olivia Arquette's "Ms. Medicine". I really admire Olivia's courage of taking the concept pharmaceutical sales, one which is usually associated with disdain and contempt and creating this fantastic book. Olivia's experience in the pharmaceutical sales/marketing really makes this such an authentic and insightful read.
Caprice Bello is certainly in the running for being one of my favourite characters. She is unapologetically herself, witty, determined and strong. Her inner monologues perfectly capture her essence and was a delight to read. Every character in the book (including Hendrix and Mr. Jiggers) is so memorable and each one of them contributed to the overall Giggle-o-Meter. I ended this book with a big smile on my face and my Kindle is shell shocked with the amount of highlights made. I cannot wait to read more from Olivia.
