A really engrossing novel. Slow and gentle, but extremely insightful into what I’ve long now felt is the spiritual predicament of our age. Of course this illustrates the abuse one incurs during the search, but firmly evokes the honest and good existential quest at the heart of so many people. It’s a truly beautiful book.
