Batman: The Black Glove, Deluxe Edition by Grant Morrison

This graphic novel is a solid Batman tale. It's dark and exciting and gripping most of the way through. The illustrations are beautiful and I love that the deluxe edition is compiled into a gorgeous hardcover. I won this through a Goodreads giveaway and it will likely be read many times in the future.
The story is a bit unorthodox for a Batman comic but it is interesting and played out well. The idea of Batman having an illegitimate child as told in this graphic novel seems a bit of a stretch but in the comic world it is just par for the course.
I would definitely be happy to fill my book shelf with graphic novels like this. Although I'm usually a Marvel fan, the artwork in this DC book is enough to convert anyone!
