Listened to this on audio book (Spotify) surprisingly enjoyable and not as expected. Although it's called Matriarch, I didn't realise it was literally about motherhood. pleasantly enjoyed the fact it wasn't a tell all about mothering Beyonce but more about how mothering has affected her and therefore how she has gone on to mother her children and then herself. A lovely book that looks into the different ways one can mother.
