Alright, this was cute, but it's got nothing on The Do-Over and Better Than the Movies. This was heavy on divorced parents, and I struggled to relate to any aspect of the book. Bailey and Charlie were cute and I am so so happy we got dual POV but I wanted more of Charlie!!! It was 75% Bailey and Charlie's chapters were soo short !!
On another note, I LOVED the 'New Girl' and 'The Office' references! Ms Lynn Painter knows who her readers are and she wrote this so perfectly for young adults to new adults. With that being said, this is VERY MUCH young adult, but I honestly kind of liked the break from smut and spice lol.
