Elektra by Jennifer Saint

3.0

While the writing style was not really engaging, it was nice to read about other mythological characters during the Trojan War rather than glorifying Odysseus.

Also, why is the story titled Elektra when all I mostly read was Clytemnestra plotting about how to avenge her daughter? Did I accidentally purchase a copy with Elektra’s point of view mostly ripped out? I am confused.

Anyways, I do not think I want to pick up another greek mythology retelling after taking almost a week to read under 300 pages of one. If I do, however, it will be from Madeline Miller.

When Achilles and Patroclus were brought up, though.
