astrido 's review for:
The Litigators
by John Grisham
I have to agree with some other reviewers... I don't believe that Grisham has written most of that book. That much sloppy writing? No way.
Why do I still hand out three stars? Well, I loved the first 20% or so. They were really funny and involved a lot of corporate lawyer bashing. Since I worked in corporate law firms for nearly 20 years, I can absolutely appreciate that part. And I know that it's based on facts.
So, five stars and more for the cool beginning. Not more than two stars for the rest. All in all three stars, cause I still enjoyed that book with the name "Grisham" on it. You'd really think though, that he as enough money to at least hire a good ghostwriter...
