I started reading this author last week and am devouring everything she has written (which is a lot in case your wondering) and because of this my huge TBR is not getting any smaller. Yet, I cannot complain because her way of creating a story and multifaceted characters is keeping me entertained.
I was expecting more from the past development in this story of why Maddie felt like she owed Cal anything but it still was enough to keep the story plausible.
