Wow. This was just SO good. Very adorable. The overall arc of the story wasn't a surprise but I enjoyed many of the small moments that felt unexpected and very real. I appreciated the character development and the lack of manufactured conflicts.
As a side note, I think the translation was really good - I'm not reading it in the original obviously so I can't compare, but the language flowed really well and was very idiomatic and current.
