I hated the ending of this book; it didn’t seem realistic at all especially since chapters are written from a first person POV of the alternating 2 main characters.
I also found it to have a lot of plot wholes. <semi spoiler> The police constantly beating powerful intakes with no repercussions; the main character assuming everyone was flirting with her/trying to flirt with people to get what she wants when she is literally a high profile lawyer; the entire ending <semi spoiler>
Although in the end I didn’t like it, I did find myself wanting to read it and finished it within 4 days. I might try to resell it because I don’t think I like it enough to even keep the book for my bookshelf.
