Idk if Stephens loves them as much as me or she’s just committed to feeding my obsession with them either way, every time she pens a ginger haired man, I fall in love! Instalove/fated love will always my a favorite of mine because my favorite trope is HE FALLS FIRST AND HARD. Pair that will I will crash out over you and that’s love!! That’s five stars!! Sprinkle in that little surprise about My King and you get me jumping on her site to order the special edition 40% in! Was this heavy on the miscommunications trope, yes it was but in a way that made so much sense because of the power imbalance. It was also heavy on the Viking era sense of just so if you got a tender heart like our Starling tread carefully and click the link for the full content warnings list. I’m so happy I dropped everything to read this book cause I was worried me and my fav had gotten out of sync after the way I felt about Shadowlands Omega, but we’re back (cries happy tears) and I can’t wait to dive into my arc for All Superheroes Need PR!!
