I'm really enjoying this series so far. The characters are interesting and the plot is good. I usually have such low expectations for Christian fiction but have been pleasantly surprised with this author. Looking forward to reading the next one!
This is the 2nd in the trilogy and is a little more romantic than the first. However, it's not overdone and is not really the main plot point, either. It's more about Selene's growing power and her spiritual journey.
