An epic ending to an epic series. I was hooked from the first book with the amazing world building including highly detailed Asian-inspired culture built around magical jade based powers and the clans that use them. But in the end it was the decades long family saga that was the real star of the series. These characters are going to live in my head for the rest of my life.
