I don't usually read fantasy and nuns and spirits don't really sound like my cup of tea. However, since discovering this book existed I've had an inexplicable urge to read it. It was really good. I was surprised by how much I liked it. Especially dialogue was perfectly executed. The only reason I decided to knock my rating down a star is that the book would have been much better if it was meant to be a standalone. The fact that it's supposed to be the first book in a series is slowing it down a bit...
