What a charming little book! It took me a bit to get into it and I would have honestly liked more from the villain but otherwise it was a nice read. I’m curious to see that it’s a series so will definitely be picking up the next one to find out more. The story wraps up so it can definitely be read as a standalone. I’d recommend it if you want some quirky characters and an enchanted home.
