It was a cute read; loved the bookshop, loved Agatha the Bookshop Cat. I liked that the sleuthing involved the family and not just one character.
Definitely a simple read; a few red herrings scattered in for good measure, but you could pick up on where things were heading about 2/3 of the way in. The dialog felt natural and was well-written, which seems to be a thing that really sticks out to me these days.
If you’re looking for a cute, quick, cozy mystery this might be up your alley.
