Furyborn was an overall enjoyable book, and generally entertaining, but not a masterpiece by any means. I found that the story tended to have a lot of action and then would drag in between, and the characters (2 alternating perspectives) were very generic. The world building wasn’t great either; I never really fell in love with the world at all.
The prologue held so much promise for the book, but the rest of the book isn’t up to that same standard.
Enjoyable? Yes. Something I’ll want to reread? Probably not.
