Decisive: How to Make Better Choices in Life and Work by Chip Heath, Dan Heath

4.0

Practical look at how to make life or business choices easier. Widening your view to allow more than two options, playing devils advocate, asking yourself what would you tell your best friend to do etc.

I like that the authors took data from their previous books, switch and made to stick, built on it , reevaluated it and updated it.

I especially liked the 10 10 10 principle, asking yourself his will you feel about a decision in ten minutes, ten months and ten years, adding perspective and time to decisions make them more clear and less weighty.
