Crazy Stupid Bromance by Lyssa Kay Adams

4.0

At first I wasn't too excited to read Noah and Alexis' story because neither one really stuck out for me in the previous books in the series. Yes, Alexis is the brave woman that stuck up for herself in the sexual harassment scandal of a famous chef, but otherwise not a big player in other stories.

However with that said I really liked Noah. I loved how much of a solid friend he was to her, helping her through the next 18 months past the scandal. Even if he has been harboring a crush for her.

When Alexis gets a visit from someone claiming to be her sister, Noah is there for her. The claim is not without strings and leads Alexis on a very tough journey of figuring out just what she wants her family to look like, and who she wants in it.

Noah has some struggles of his own, with his past and some issues from childhood. I think the only thing lacking in this book is that I didn't think the Bromance Book Club played as major of a role in this one as they did in the previous books. The grand gesture scene was hilarious though, and of course I loved the Russian.

You get a sneak peek at the Russian and his wife which was in question as to whether she is real or now, and is a perfect set-up for the next book.
