Corrupt Knight by Tracy Lorraine

5.0

A new author for me, I was lucky to get chosen for an arc copy for my honest review.
Brianna had a rough start in life. Her mum was young having her and she ran rather than give her up for adoption, shelters and some rough council houses were home as she grew up. She took a liking to hanging out at libraries and with such a tough time of it all, she’s found being carefree, partying and one night stands have helped her forget her past.
Nico, grieving for his father has decided it’s easier to be at home drinking than going to school, already redoing his school year, he’s past caring.
Queue Brianna who’s set to be a student teacher at Knights Ridge, suddenly Nico takes notice. He can’t seem to keep away from their toxic and complicated situation. They’re magnetised to each other and the sexual tension between them is high.
The edge of my seat cliffhanger at the end of this book makes me excited to read the next book in the series, Corrupt Princess.
Not read many high school books type books so was good to read a different genre.
