fiction or non-fiction, i don't quite care, frankly. the book was really well written, really vivid, and just flat out amazing.
i've never been really interested in hearing the stories of drug addicts and their road to freedom from their addiction - but this book was the exception. he wrote so honestly and about things that are so very personal that so many people have such a big problem even bringing up in conversation. he is brave. the fact that he embellished a little when it came to being arrested - hell, that's business.
