This book is fun and I was loving the "Great Expectations" vibe with the Miss Havisham-esque character. It's also been a very popular novel. I honestly don't know why I couldn't get into it. Each time I tried to read it, I just felt disconnected. It's 100% a me problem, though. I will definitely still recommend it to other readers.
