This book is amazing. If deadly vampires and crazy college girls aren't enough already, Claire, Shane, Michael and Eve now have to deal with Shane's dad and his vampire slaying crusade.
Later on in the book there is the involvement of the date rape drug and an attempted rape scene . It would have been great if Caine touched more on that because all that really happened is Claire acting a little "dopey" for a few pages.
Now dont get me wrong I absolutely love the series so far but damn do the inhabitants of the Glass house make thousand year old vampires look dumb. I get that the series revolves around Claire but come on I'm sure the vampires should be smarter than 4 teenagers.
The romances that develop between Claire and Shane as well as Eve ans Michael are absolutely adorable and I can't wait to see more of that as I re read further into the series.
