I ain't gonna lie, I wasn't expecting this book to be SO character-driven. It's kinda like Court of the Vampire Queen, where the plot isn't huge and there's lots of smut, which I love, I just wasn't really expecting a lot from this book and it ended up being kinda not the best of the series. I did love it, but it doesn't hold a candle to Hook and Tink's story.
