The Lost Child of Lychford by Paul Cornell

3.0

I love witches, and I recently read a piece on how ghost stories used to be a common tradition on Christmas Eve (a la A Christmas Carol). I figured I would return to this series to continue a tradition that I find very intriguing, and again, I love witches.

The story was interesting, but I probably won’t read more of the series. I’m not particularly invested in the characters, but the creepiness factor hit all the right notes for me! What can I say, I’m more of a Halloween person than a Christmas person.
