Dead Radiance by T.G. Ayer

Edit
I was fairly tired when I wrote that last review.

I really liked this book. While there were a couple slow parts,
like when they go talk to Professor Wayne about where to find the necklace, and all the other parts where its typed out in the re-telling what's already happened.
But it didn't make it a "bad" book, it just slowed down those parts of the book, and caused me to just skim those parts.
I was a little confused at the absence of Thor. I know that He was pretty important. At least as important as Odin.
All in all, I really liked this book. It was nice to find and enjoy a book that was told a different kind of love/mystery/fantasy/action story, one that wasn't about Vampires, Werewolves and Angels. Norse Mythology is one of the most interesting and rather bizarre mythologies out there. And Valkyrie are really bad ass.
