This was the third book in The Summer I Turned Pretty series. I am in my 30’s so young adult books are not my thing. However, I love the show on Amazon Prime, so I wanted to read the series too. The writing is fast and easy, making this a quick read. I enjoyed the plot and ending of this book much better than the second one. It was an overall enjoyable read. I would say that because I have the show to go with the book, I am able to take the book plots and see them flushed out much more in the show. Leading me to give a higher rating on this book. If the show didn’t exist, I think I would not have read these or liked them as much. The FMC still annoys me at times but overall it is a sweet series and decent summer read.
