i loved the single mom thing a lot more than i thought. he was a bit unnecessarily mean in the beginning but he at least apologized eventually. it’s still fucking weird he simultaneously acted as a their therapist but also a love interest/father figure. you really shouldn’t mix that. the third act break up was a bit forced and overplayed. but still it was funny, i also enjoyed the blind dates, though i would’ve loved to read about the final call with the agency.
