Sweet Addiction by J. Daniels

So I’ve got this thing for cake batter. I know it has no nutritional value whatsoever. Whenever I’m baking a cake, I tell myself I’m going to leave just a little batter on the spoon to lick after I put the cake in the oven. Next thing I know I’m scraping the beaters and licking the bowl, my entire face covered with batter. Am I proud of this? No. What was my point? Oh yes. This isn’t an enlightening work of fiction. This isn’t an innocent little love story. This is no Pride and Prejudice. This is a graphically sexy, foul-mouthed, laugh-out-loud novel and I loved it.

I decided I’d just read the Kindle sample since I hadn’t previously read any erotica. After reading the sample, I told myself I may as well buy the book since the Kindle version was only $.99. Before I knew it, Dylan, Joey & Juls had me pulled into their crazy little world, wishing I had friends like them. Too much lack of communication turned my cake batter bittersweet but this surprise treat was otherwise delicious. Am I proud of the fact that I devoured this book in one day? No. Has reading the scorching sex scenes raised my IQ? No. Will I read book two? Abso-freaking-lutely. For would-be readers, I offer this one piece of advice: If you can’t handle a little heat, don’t even open the book.
