Re-read, review:

I definitely forgot about the plot of a lot of this book since my first read through, but about halfway through I remembered the two big plot points and realized this was the book that really shaped Alex for the rest of the series. This is when the spy life started to bleed into his personal life and really took over and it's just a wild ride form here on out because the 'missions' aren't the same send Alex in and hope he survives situations anymore followed by a debriefing and a promise to himself that he'll never do this agin. I'm very excited to re-read Scorpia next, even knowing what he's about to find out, because it's been so long that I really do get to experience the journey along with him.
