I found the strengths finder assessment accurate and helpful to identify the themes related to what I do best/enjoy. Some of the recommendations on how to improve your most prominent themes are fairly self-evident, but I also found several that will be helpful to continue motivating me to improve on my strengths. This assessment may be helpful if you're trying to decide what type of career to go into(thought it doesn't necessarily suggest careers), what major to choose, or if you'd like to continue growing in your strengths or just accurately tell an interviewer what your strengths are.
