Can’t talk about The League of Rogues without spoiling at this point in the game. So be warned lol.
Holy shit I loved the plot. Loved the intrigue. Loved the action. And Pembroke is an absolute babe I love him. His romance with Gillian was so so sweet. I also really enjoyed the friendship between Pembroke and Johnathan. I loved the contrast between the birth of Horatia’s baby and the death of Pembroke’s mother. Both scenes were sooooo intense holy shit. Godric’s advice to Jonathan made me cringe but I wasn’t surprised lol.
