That, my friends, was a wild ass ride. From start to finish we had no rest. I feel like I just finished a Sabaa Tahir book, because she too never let the characters or the reader breath. It's just one situation followed by another followed by another and you never know what's going to happen next. The stress!

But I love it, I love it so much! I love that the characters characterisation was not sacrifices. For a small moment I was afraid that Una would change because of her new situation, but ma'am wouldn't let them breathe, wouldn't let them rest, she was still the Una we know and love. Sure it wasn't quite what I was expecting, but she didn't disappointment, she's still always ready to fight.

Rian came back better than ever. In the last book, sometimes I felt like she was being forgotten, or sidelined, but this time missy refused to be forgotten. And I love her fire, how ready she was to fight anyone that dares disrespect her or her skills. I especially appreciate her particular hatred for Tam Lin, that one had me living and loling more than once because my guy thought he was it but Rian would have none of it.

I love Ben
