Picked this up after seeing it float around the internet a bit, and it made for a wonderful afternoon. I read this in one day and two sittings, unable to put it back down after about the halfway mark.
A good book if you prefer character driven media and don't mind being given only a small glimpse into the structure of the world created around the two heroines. I enjoyed that, because although I found the world interesting I was very eager to get to the next letter, the next interaction. I can see, however, if you are the kind of person that likes to know everything about a setting, or prefers lore-heavy books, how that might be a downside for you.

Moderate: War, Death, and Gun violence
