DNFed.

The thing with bad reads is they leave a very bitter after taste in my mouth and I find myself at the precipice of a very bad read slump. Nothing new here. Right now I am grasping for anything that would help with it. Anything at all!

Read till 21% then dnfed! Because the story was weak from the very start. I found it below average. Sounded very immature given the fact that both were grown ass adults and they literally fucked after some hours of meeting and later did it like porn stars so yeah no thank you (flicked some pages ahead). Everything revolved around lust, sex and their being horny all the damn time. Whatever was going on in their minds included sexual arousal. All they did was sex. I don't like to read such shit! (I actually try and give books like these a chance by flicking through some pages ahead but oh boy, this ewwwed me further so nooo from me).
The back story hold no power for me. I love books with strong side themes but this didn't had any. The first book was good actually so I thought this would be equally if not better, my mistake obviously. Hopefully won't me reading anymore from this author this point onwards.
