I don't know how to put my feelings about this book into words, so I'll try with colors
I was expecting very bright colors

and I got fading, pastel ones

It's still beautiful, but a bit underwhelming I guess.

The story is well done, it wraps up nicely. The twists and revelations are not exactely jaw drapping, but more like

But I think what I missed the most is feeling. when I read I want to feel the fear, the hope, the love... everything. Fantasy for me is an intensified version of real life, and I want to feel everything. and with Sanderson's books (the 3 I read) I'm always left wanting more, like I was cheated a slightly better version of the same story
