If you're not into gore, this book is not for you. It contains a lot of disturbing scenes that could distress you. ALSO PLEASE CHECK THE TRIGGER WARNINGS BEFORE YOU READ THIS BOOK!!!

Let's dive right in.

This was much more graphic and detailed than I could have imagined, to the point where I was astounded by how skilfully the gore was described. Still, how do you even rank a splatterpunk? Because it's splatterpunk, so I knew what I was getting myself into, and yet it was well written and engaging on the one hand, but it felt too unlawful to like this book.
