Everybody has been in their cowboy romance era, and I simply was late to the party. But man, I am glad I started with this one!
As a prior single mom, the stress Shae felt was SO real for me. I can remember each person I met and wondering if they’d even be good enough for my son. The exhaustion was so relatable and the want to do everything that is best for your kids was too.
Major praise to Morgan Elizabeth for writing us a MAN who asks for consent at every turn. Nick is a dream, truly. He has his shit together, is great with kids, was a single dad himself, and is a fantastic partner.
Highly recommend this book - especially as a holiday read!
