I love a book that slightly changes my perception of the world around me. By defining introverts as people who use up energy being around people and extroverts as people who gather energy by being around people, and then exploring how the two groups interact with the world, Susan Cain has done just that. The book argues strongly for the value of intoverts and how to be more accepting of them, but I think I learned the most from the descriptions of how extroverts think. It was shockingly foreign to me. I guess that is what extroverts think about me :)
