Humor is always the best way to approach a difficult topic, but more so when you’re trying to make sure you’re not alienating an audience that may not always agree with you. While the topic is contentious in meaningless ways for many conservatives who feel unnecessarily attacked, literally nothing in this book would be hard to imagine and the ideas are far more reasonable than anyone would be if the roles were reversed. Not exactly a light read, but he makes it much more approachable for a wider audience when there are so many ways that the audience could be different than the intended since anyone can read a book (though the people who need the lessons are exactly the ones who would steer away from it in the first place.
