I'm a big fan of originality but the only elements that made this book original were the crudeness and explicitness both of which made it unsavory.

I love a coming of age story but there was nothing to relate to here for me. it gave Catcher in the Rye vibes which was super cool to me over 10 years ago when I thought finding a place in society was for suckers.

just go to work like the rest of us bro lol
