The Quotidian Mysteries: Laundry, Liturgy and Women's Work
by Kathleen Norris
This short book/essay made me cry a little bit, and think, and reflect on my own life and practice. Norris argues that Christian faith must find expression in day-to-day practice - as do committed relationships and household work. The blended discussion of those areas resonated. Note: this is very much from a Christian perspective, though not of any particular sect or creed thereof.
