Still enjoying the series though I liked this book a little less than the last. Whiplash in the romance is explained but has started to get tiresome. Muddy characterization in the back story (when and why did Serce get so seriously awful? Did I miss something or was it never quite explained?) I’m not expecting perfection, but a few things were off enough that they took me out of the story a little. Will certainly continue with the rest of the series though!
