The Illusion of Separateness by Simon Van Booy

5.0

Easily the best book I've read in 2020 so far. It is intelligent and wise. It is poetic and gentle and - this is the best part: It contains exactly 0% cynism or intellectual lordliness.
The title mislead me a little and I was afraid of reading some mystical infatuation. But, don't be afraid: It's about the human experience. About you and about me. Maybe we are connected and don't know how yet?
