I have tried about 4 times to start this series and I’m really glad I stuck out the first 250 pages of the first book, as this second book was great! I have read both of SJM’s other series and really enjoyed them both (ToG is my fav series to date!), but I’ve loved seeing the authors writing evolve and become more sophisticated/smooth. This book is really well written in my opinion, and the plots/twists tend to link up together in a way that doesn’t seem unrealistically  convenient. Alsooo the ending!?

Really not sure if I can handle a cliche Feyre/Rhysand adventure, as I felt like SJM totally ruined the ACOTAR series by giving Feyre the ‘boring pregnant housewife’ ending. Hoping this crossover doesn’t seem too cheesy in the 3rd book!
