I didn't intend to cry!! The character development was sooo good! The only character that felt... a little cliché was probably the manager... but I think that's because I kept picturing him as Isaac from The Children of the Corn (1984, movie adaption).
Regardless, I loved this book so much & will recommend it to anyone who enjoys deep and personal writing or those suffering from loss. I wish I could find a tea shop & reconnect with a loved one.
